From Bad to worse ........

(1) Milkk restaurant

At 1st when shifted here to Sembawag new flat, found this place very nice. Good quality food + nice portion of amount ~ worth the $ for the meal

But since then 3 yars from now...things had changed..

It change from Hala certified restaurant to non-halal , so that they can sell prok and beers for more income profit. Accordingly to the boss, muislim customer also not many , hence its better to go for non-halal for better business. To me , this had no impact on me and my family. Halal or not ~ don't care ...just eat loh !

But then , few months ago - the pacaging for take away (tao pao) had shrink fom the square box type to the small rectangle plastic type (at least 1/3 portion is gone) . Old package of fried rice for example can make up 3 bowls , but now new package = 2 bowls..WTF !! At first , i tell myslf "nevermind lah" , at least they still remain old price for friend rice ($3). Other vendor stall had already up $0.50 to $3.50.

This old price with new packaging stays like 1 month...then suddenly i was shocked to find out that the boss up the price to $3.50 for fried rice using the same new packaging !! (Other coffee shop use a much bigger square box/plastic container for same price). So , when we strat to compare, Milkk become expensive. I tell myself yet again.."its okay, as long as it is nice to eat"

Last week , i went to packed Benson's favourite fried rice as usual...then #@$%&^&,,. sorry for the vulgur words...the corns and pea are overcooked and built with black spot !! How to eat now ?? had to take them out slowly , throw them away ~ then called up the restaurant to complain to express my un-satisfaction..no way , me going back there again..enough is enough
If there is no more Quantity (Qty) , then how about the Quality ??

Forget it , i will rather take longer distance go to another nearby coffee shop for a larger portion of tasty fried rice

(2) Company bonus

Everyone know that our company comprises of 3 main plants - Device , Hardware and Solution.
Hardware is in deep shit due to FDA product recall problem and had almost stop all production...and yet all the 3 supervisors get promotion to sensior supervisor for nothing !! What the HR and Management are thinking ?? CRAZY !! we work like dog a word of thanks also dun have ...leave alone promotion or better pay increment ...other people nothing much to do , shake leg can just 1 shot mass promoted to Senior supervisor !! Who say promotion is base on performance ?? Really SUCK to the core ~

then last year since the hardware issue , we had got our lowest AVG (aka comany bonus) - 2.5 weeks ...I had been working here for 12 years + and usually is like 3 -6 weeks for mid year ex-gratia (AVC). So this year , things are not getting any better and the result from Jan08 to April0 8 shows something like 2 weeks bonus... Oh my GOD !! will it be the lowest bonus this year ??

I try to saty optimise and postive thinking ...we got up to June to determine mid -year AVC pay out ~ stil got May, June 2 months to booast up any last minute effort ... So my expectation is that 2 weeks is normal , if given 3 weeks i will be happy ~ 4 weeks is a wonderful JOY and celebration then..my operators all ask me pay out how much , i just tell them mabey between 2 - 4 weeks ?

today plant meeting had announce the pay out ---> 1.5 weeks !!!!!

I nearly fainted ...totally speechless .... Such a large MNC compamy paying out peanuts..what a JOKE , dam it !

If get good opportunity , who the hell still want to stay here in this fuck up place ~ piss off !
