Memories of 2 malay friends
Last year is indeed a year of "Malay cherry Blossom" for me as i had encountered 2 Malay ladies ...
(1) Adarina (aka Rina)
She work at my company , same shift , as a new cleaner in my Dept. So she had to see me daily to get my signature for the tasked completed. she is beautiful and had caught my heart deeply.
"Hi, i am Eric ~ nice to meet you , next time got chance we go out for coffee"
"Want go out for movie together also can.." she replied giggling like a small kid..cute smile ( i cannot forget how we meet)
Its love at 1st sight and year 2007 is my 7th years of marraige (so start to itch ??)!!
Slowly , we grew from normal friend to lover stage and was together (secretly) for 6 months. Oh mine !! she is married with 2 kids , husband is still around but her family is poor as her husband could not provide her enough...and had to work , work work for more $ , so no time for her. I am different as i had the time and $ for her ... we got alot of things in common , we are the same age and our thinking are all alike . I can feel the love feeling of datuing once again from her being together....Good times never last and our relationship is certainly not healthy as both of us are married with children...in the end come the time of break off. We do not argue or quarrel during the break off...just slowly stop seeing each other and she did replied me that she too miss me. I had made a scrap book contains many of our photos and passed to her as valentine day gift for memory
She had went off ...she quit her job....i sms her but no more reply...
Rina is nothing but more of a memory to me in my heart now
Suddenly received a sms from her @ last day of year 2007 (31/12/2007)
Twinkle Twinkle Little Star , How is Eric doing so far ?
I feel so happy to hear from her but she do not reply my call /sms anymore
A final sms from her on my birthday :
Hi Eric Pls don't get the wrong idea. I am not hurting you. I still remember those memories when we together :-) I feel guilty about myself Eric ! We should've not start it. It's a big sin!
till today..., her handphone contact (98572349) had changed - no longer in service
I still miss Rina ...all those memorable time that we spent together even though they are short period , You will always remain within my heart !
To say "Hello " if i see her again ? Yes , definately
(2) Suliana (aka Nana)
After Rina left, another 18 years old malay girl walk into my life. she occupy my empty heart since Rina had left ...i know her like 3 months...but then there is no love feeling between us .
We meet in KK hospital , same ward when she admitted her son .that time Benson was having high fever and was awarded 5 days.
I sympathy on her as she is a single mother (husband run away) with a 6 mths old baby (Name: Ahmad). Such a young age now had to shoulder this type of heavy burden ..really pity her. I contact her for about 2 months and now no more..
I believe she do not treasure this friendship as she always had to ask $ for hari raya , baby sick , dental pain , fever no $ see doctor..etc..end up just simply change her handphone number (82502085) and run away without paying back all the help she get. I even had bought for her a necklace +cake for her birthday , a pair of shoe for hari raya , a big teddy bear for christmas ..etc
Frankly speaking, i do not miss her much. Just disappointed that she do not value our friendship and run away juz like that..forget it lah

From Bad to worse ........
(1) Milkk restaurant
At 1st when shifted here to Sembawag new flat, found this place very nice. Good quality food + nice portion of amount ~ worth the $ for the meal
But since then 3 yars from now...things had changed..
It change from Hala certified restaurant to non-halal , so that they can sell prok and beers for more income profit. Accordingly to the boss, muislim customer also not many , hence its better to go for non-halal for better business. To me , this had no impact on me and my family. Halal or not ~ don't care ...just eat loh !
But then , few months ago - the pacaging for take away (tao pao) had shrink fom the square box type to the small rectangle plastic type (at least 1/3 portion is gone) . Old package of fried rice for example can make up 3 bowls , but now new package = 2 bowls..WTF !! At first , i tell myslf "nevermind lah" , at least they still remain old price for friend rice ($3). Other vendor stall had already up $0.50 to $3.50.
This old price with new packaging stays like 1 month...then suddenly i was shocked to find out that the boss up the price to $3.50 for fried rice using the same new packaging !! (Other coffee shop use a much bigger square box/plastic container for same price). So , when we strat to compare, Milkk become expensive. I tell myself yet again.."its okay, as long as it is nice to eat"
Last week , i went to packed Benson's favourite fried rice as usual...then #@$%&^&,,. sorry for the vulgur words...the corns and pea are overcooked and built with black spot !! How to eat now ?? had to take them out slowly , throw them away ~ then called up the restaurant to complain to express my un-satisfaction..no way , me going back there again..enough is enough
If there is no more Quantity (Qty) , then how about the Quality ??
Forget it , i will rather take longer distance go to another nearby coffee shop for a larger portion of tasty fried rice
(2) Company bonus
Everyone know that our company comprises of 3 main plants - Device , Hardware and Solution.
Hardware is in deep shit due to FDA product recall problem and had almost stop all production...and yet all the 3 supervisors get promotion to sensior supervisor for nothing !! What the HR and Management are thinking ?? CRAZY !! we work like dog a word of thanks also dun have ...leave alone promotion or better pay increment ...other people nothing much to do , shake leg can just 1 shot mass promoted to Senior supervisor !! Who say promotion is base on performance ?? Really SUCK to the core ~
then last year since the hardware issue , we had got our lowest AVG (aka comany bonus) - 2.5 weeks ...I had been working here for 12 years + and usually is like 3 -6 weeks for mid year ex-gratia (AVC). So this year , things are not getting any better and the result from Jan08 to April0 8 shows something like 2 weeks bonus... Oh my GOD !! will it be the lowest bonus this year ??
I try to saty optimise and postive thinking ...we got up to June to determine mid -year AVC pay out ~ stil got May, June 2 months to booast up any last minute effort ... So my expectation is that 2 weeks is normal , if given 3 weeks i will be happy ~ 4 weeks is a wonderful JOY and celebration then..my operators all ask me pay out how much , i just tell them mabey between 2 - 4 weeks ?
today plant meeting had announce the pay out ---> 1.5 weeks !!!!!
I nearly fainted ...totally speechless .... Such a large MNC compamy paying out peanuts..what a JOKE , dam it !
If get good opportunity , who the hell still want to stay here in this fuck up place ~ piss off !
